Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Orders Over £100: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping to UK mainland addresses.

• Orders Over £200: Orders over £200 are typically dispatched via a Next Working Day courier service.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your delivery to arrive after dispatch.

 

Dispatch Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched on the same working day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Important: Checking Your Delivery

You must inspect your order for any damage or missing content within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.

As stated in our Returns Policy, this is a strict deadline, as we have a limited time to file insurance claims with our couriers. Any damage or missing items must be reported in writing via email to info@elegantheat.co.uk within this period.

 

Direct-from-Supplier Deliveries

Please note that some items, such as those from Reina, may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address. We have no control over external shipping factors in these cases, and as a result, these deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected.

 

Refused Deliveries

Any order that is refused by the customer at the point of delivery will be subject to a return fee charge. This fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover the cost of the failed delivery and return shipment.
