Choose Your Heating Control

All our electric towel rails come prefilled and supplied with the heating element of your choice. We use RO (Reverse Osmosis) water + Ethylene Glycol mixture, which prevents limescale and ensures long lifespan.

How to Install the Heating Element

1. Remove radiator from packaging and check for any damage.
2. Turn the radiator upside down (both blanking plugs now at the top).
3. Remove one blanking plug.
4. Insert the element carefully.
   Important: Do not tighten by hand — use a spanner.
5. Mount the radiator to the wall and wire it into a fused spur (qualified electrician required).
6. Switch on and allow at least 30 minutes to heat.
7. Bleed any expansion air from the bleed valve if required.
